Who We Are

Welcome to PawPrints Balsall Common—a family-run haven for dogs, founded by Peter (also known as Alex) and Cameron. We're hands-on every day, supported by a passionate team of dog lovers: Adam, Kath, Cath, Katie, Hudson, Vicki, Hannah, and Katie the groomer.

Most of us have dogs of our own, many of whom attend our daycare regularly. That personal connection means we treat every dog like family—because they are.

Our Story

PawPrints was born from love and loss. After the passing of Alex and Cameron’s beloved dog, Alex began walking dogs for friends and neighbours to help them while they were at work. What started as a healing gesture grew into the thriving business we are today.

We’ve shared our lives with dogs for decades. Their boundless joy, curiosity, and loyalty inspire everything we do.

Our Standards

We’re proud to be licensed by Solihull Council with a 4-star rating—earned through annual inspections and a commitment to excellence. Our team is experienced, and five members are certified Pet First Aiders, ensuring your dog’s safety and wellbeing are always top priority.
